Joining Griffin Nation

Your student applied and was accepted. Congratulations!

Now what? 

To officially become a Griffin, your student will need to submit their acceptance deposit by following these instructions. 

Once your student submits their deposit, here’s everything they need to do to enroll and be start-ready for their first semester.

A Successful Transition to College 

To help ensure success in and out of the classroom, all new first-year students (freshmen) are enrolled in GMercyU's First-Year Experience: University Success program. This program introduces students to the academic expectations of college, campus life, skills for success, and service to the community.

Administrative Offices to Know

The Bursar / Student Billing Office handles tuition and fees, payments, payment plans, the student health insurance, refunds, and eRefund (direct deposit).

The Financial Aid Office handles FAFSA, scholarships, loans, and grants.

The Registrar guides students through academic services and procedures, such as registering for courses, transcript requests, graduation preparation, and more.
