Dean Tang Featured in Leadership Profile

Dean of the Frances M. Maguire College of Nursing & Health Professions Jean Tang, PhD, RN, NE-BC was featured in a Leadership Profile on MONTCO Today.

Dean Tang spoke with the publication about her insipiration to become a nurse, her faith and what motivates her to empower the next generation of nurses and health professionals.

Dr. Tang has more than 20 years of nursing experience as a clinician, educator, researcher, and administrator. She received her BSN from Midland Lutheran College and her MSN and PhD from the University of Iowa. She is a fellow of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing Leadership for Academic Nursing Programs (LANP) and is an ANCC Board Certified Nurse Executive.

Before joining the Gwynedd Mercy University community, Dr. Tang was the chair and professor of the Division of Nursing at Immaculata University.
