Behavioral Health Institute
Gwynedd Mercy University's Behavioral Health Institute is dedicated to strengthening the behavioral health workforce by delivering high-quality continuing education, clinical supervision, and professional development that advance clinical excellence, ethical practice, and professional resilience.
We serve GMercyU faculty, staff, students, alumni, and behavioral health professionals across the region, equipping clinicians with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to meet the growing mental health needs of individuals and communities.
Vision
We envision a region where every mental health professional has access to exceptional, career-long training, mentorship, and support. As a leading hub for behavioral health education and workforce development, the Behavioral Health Institute expands opportunities for learning, licensure, and professional growth while advancing access to high-quality, compassionate, and culturally responsive care.
Impact Commitment
By expanding access to high-quality education, supervision, and licensure pathways, the Behavioral Health Institute works to address workforce shortages and strengthen behavioral health services throughout the region. We are committed to developing confident, competent clinicians who make meaningful and lasting contributions to the communities they serve.
