Report an Incident or Concern

Gwynedd Mercy University is committed to creating a respectful and inclusive campus community. In turn, it is the responsibility of each person within the University community to take action when an issue or concern arises. Below are various forms to report concerns.

In case of an immediate threat or emergency, call the Office of Public Safety at 215-641-5522 ext. 21111, activate a blue light emergency call phone on campus, or dial 9-1-1 to reach local law enforcement.

 
Bias Activity Response Protocol

Use this report to document incidents in which an individual expresses a negative bias/prejudice behavior toward a person or group based on their actual or perceived protected class status. Protected classes may include, but are not limited to, race, religion, age, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, disability, or other legally protected characteristics.

Public Safety Report

Use this report to share incidents involving safety concerns, criminal activity, emergencies, suspicious behavior, property damage, accidents, incidents of crimes such as thefts, assaults etc., fire alarm incidents or evidence of fire, hazing or other situations that may impact the safety and security of the campus community.

Do not use this form to report an active emergency. If there is an immediate threat to life, health, or safety, please notify the University's Department of Public Safety immediately at 215-641-5522 or call 911.

Whistleblower Report

Use this report to share concerns about suspected fraud, financial misconduct, unethical or illegal behavior, misuse of university resources, violations of laws or University policies, or other activities that may compromise the integrity of the University. Reports may be submitted anonymously, where permitted.

Sexual Misconduct Report

Use this form to report incidents involving alleged misconduct that involves any of the following: Sexual Harassment, Non-consensual Sexual Intercourse, Non-consensual Sexual Contact, Sexual Exploitation, Sexual Exposure, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, and Stalking. Gwynedd Mercy University strongly encourages prompt reporting of sexual offenses to the police, but recognizes that individuals who experience sexual misconduct have the right to decide whether to file a criminal report with the police, the University, an anonymous report, or no report at all. Anyone may report an incident online.
