Forensic Science Minor

Help solve crimes and support fair and accurate legal outcomes.

GMercyU’s Forensic Science minor prepares students to objectively analyze evidence from a crime scene using scientific principles, methods, and techniques. This analysis is then used to support legal investigations and serve as courtroom evidence. Combining science and the law, this minor is best suited for those pursuing careers where the goal is to achieve justice, whether in lab work, law enforcement, law, or forensic psychology. However, the skills you’ll hone – including critical thinking and analytical reasoning – can be applied to many careers.
