Brigid O'Brien is a Psychology faculty member in the School of Arts and Sciences.  Her undergraduate areas (Mount Holyoke College) of study include History and Sociology; her graduate (Temple Univ) areas include Psychology and Statistics.  She teaches several sections of Statistics each year as well as History of Psychology, Abnormal Psych, General Psychology and the interdisciplinary Soc 2000: Society and Global Diversity.  Brigid O'Brien is particularly interested in raising GMercyU students' global knowledge and awareness.  She has travelled to many developing countries including Guyana, Peru, Mexico and Ghana as well as accompanied GMercyU students on service and mission trips to Laredo, Texas; New Orleans; Ireland and Northern Ireland. Brigid O'Brien is a member of the Eastern Psychological Association (EPA).
