Dean of Students
Consistent with the mission of Gwynedd Mercy University, the Office of the Dean of Students fosters a learning community rich in the core values of our institution. The Office of the Dean of Students provides a campus living and learning environment where students engage in co-curricular activities, service, leadership opportunities and personal and para-professional enrichment experiences. Additionally, the Office of the Dean of Students contributes to the safety and security of GMercyU students.
GMercyU's Healthy Campus Initiative
Starting on August 1, 2017, GMercyU will join nearly 1,800 other college and university campuses across the country in going completely tobacco and smoke-free. The new policy prohibits the use of all tobacco and smoke-inducing products in all GMercyU campus locations, including parking areas. The decision to go smoke-free was based on requests from our Student Government Association and is in keeping with our commitment to providing a healthy and safe campus environment. Learn more about GMercyU’s tobacco-free campus and other Healthy Campus Initiatives.
