The Waldron Center Griffinaerie was bustling with energy today as more than 100 students and alumni networked with potential future employers. The career fair was open to GMercyU students, alumni, and fellow Southeastern Pennsylvania Consortium for Higher Education (SEPCHE) institutions. Organized by GMercyU’s Career Development Center and the School of Business and Education, it is the first of several career fairs planned for this academic year.
“We had a fantastic turnout today,” said Casey Hilferty, MEd, GMercyU’s Associate Director of Career Development. “Watching so many great connections happening – ones that could lead to future jobs or internships – is very exciting.”
