Tracey Estriplet-Adams, PhD, is a passionate and dedicated advocate for maternal and infant health, as well as infant mental health. Her research examines social determinants of health that affect maternal and infant outcomes, focusing on evidence-based interventions that promote positive parenting and strengthen family health.
Dr. Estriplet-Adams currently serves as an adjunct professor of Psychology. Before this role, she advanced maternal and child health by leading community health initiatives as Director at Momentum Park and driving equity-focused policies, programs, and research as an Equity Program Associate at the National Birth Equity Collaborative.
Her work continues to bridge research, practice, and advocacy, empowering families, supporting healthier communities, and shaping the next generation of psychology and public health leaders.
Her alma maters include Howard University (BS), Tulane University Celia Scott School of Public Health and Tropical Medican (MPH), and Fielding Graduate University (PhD).
