Manage your time and your meals  for an  enjoyable  dining experience

Meal plans are such an important part of a student’s lifestyle whether they are incoming first year students or returning upperclassmen. Our goal is to match each and every student with the perfect meal plan that not only meets but exceeds their expectations. These plans give our diners total control and flexibility along with the best value for the dollar.

M.E.R.V. Bucks

All of the meal plans include M.E.R.V. Bucks. These provide great value when used for a cup of coffee or a snack between classes. M.E.R.V. Bucks are exclusively for food at Waldron Café, St. Bernard’s Grille, Griffin Grounds and Pepperazzi and are redeemed without using a meal. Additional Flex Dollars may be purchased throughout the semester. Any remaining M.E.R.V. Bucks will transfer from fall semester to spring semester, but will not transfer from spring semester to the following fall semester.

Flex Dollar Accounts

The student ID is a single card used for student identification, access to campus buildings, meal plans and as a debit card for purchases on campus. You can also use it to establish a Flex Dollar Account to make purchases at any campus dining location. Purchases are automatically deducted from your Flex Account. No cash refunds will be given on Flex Account purchases. Flex Dollar account balances are carried forward each semester until the student graduates or formally withdraws from the University.

Block Plan

Block plans are the most versatile meal plan option available. Blocks can be used to gain access to the Waldron Café or exchanged at Pepperazzi and St. Bernard’s Grille as a method of payment for Meal Equivalency. You can use blocks at any time in the Waldron Café or during Meal Equivalency times at Pepperazzi and St. Bernard’s Grille. Guests can use more than one block per meal period. Unused blocks will expire at the end of the academic year.   Five Blocks for only $35.00
