FAQs

Conveniently located in North Wales, you can get from Staybridge Suites to campus in less than 10 minutes!

See the housing costs for 2026-2027 on our Undergraduate Tuition & Fees page.

Last year, as soon as we realized the demand for on-campus housing was much higher than expected, we looked for alternative housing options that would accommodate everyone. We were not able to secure access to hotel rooms at the Staybridge Suites until after returning students had already received their housing assignments. To minimize disruption, the University absorbed a portion of the added cost to house students at the hotel.

This year, we are anticipating increased housing demand and are offering suite-style hotel living as an option for returning students who want all the benefits of living in an off-campus apartment at a lower cost.

This premium hotel suite option offers students a wide array of amenities, such as access to a pool, fitness center, free breakfast, housekeeping services, social hours with food and beverages three times a week, queen-sized beds, and many other perks, at a cost that is less than most apartments in the area. And, students don't need to sign a 12-month lease* or cover the cost of furnishings, utilities, internet, laundry and other necessities, or deal with maintenance issues.

*Students sign a GMercyU housing contract that covers the fall and spring semesters.
