GMercyU Provides PPE for Students Returning to Clinicals

Gwynedd Mercy University hosted a three-day drive-through station on its East Campus to assign Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to students returning to clinical settings this semester.

Healthcare students picked up their assigned PPE and were also fitted for a special face mask.

"Participating in clinicals is a fundamental part of our students' education," Ann Phalen, Dean of the Frances M. Maguire School of Nursing and Health Professions said. "I want to thank all who helped coordinate this event to ensure our students had the proper safety equipment to succeed. Many thanks to Executive Council; Finance; Plant Services; Corrie Pallante, RN, MSN and the participating nurses; Joanna Gallagher, Director of Security, and her team."
