Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 Information for Prospective Students and Guests

Prospective Students

This year is definitely unusual, but there are still several great ways to get to know GMercyU. Please go to our Visit page to learn more about visiting campus, or reach out to our Admissions Department at admissions@gmercyu.edu or 215-641-5510. We look forward to welcoming you to GMercyU soon!

Campus Guests and Visitors

To protect University students, faculty and staff, all visitors to campus must enter through the Sumneytown Pike entrance and exit via Evans Road.

All visitors must also stop at the Public Safety booth for a temperature screening and to complete this short online survey to assess signs of possible COVID-19 infection before being allowed to access Main Campus. If possible, please complete the survey prior to your arrival on campus.

Bensalem and Public Ledger locations will follow this similar process as they reopen.

  1. If your answers to the screening questionnaire indicate that you are not at risk for the virus, and your temperature is below 100.4 degrees, you will be able to access campus.
  2. If your temperature is above 100.4, you will be asked to pull into a local parking area and wait 5 minutes, at which time you will be rescanned. If after the second scanning, the reading is still 100.4 or higher you will be asked to return to campus at a later date.

Before arriving, please review the University's Health and Safety Protocols — you'll find a map that includes the designated Fall 2020 entrance, exit, and screening stop, our safety procedures, and more.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in abiding by these important safety precautions!
