Are you a business student looking to network and expand your knowledge outside of the classroom?
As a member of the Business Club, you will have the opportunity to network with business professionals. Some of our students have even secured internships through these networking opportunities.
Students in the club will hear lectures from professionals in the field on how to best prepare for a career in business, and bring in real world topics relevant to what you are learning in the classroom.
The Business Club helps you develop self-confidence, networking and communication skills, and the ability to handle yourself in professional situations. You will also have the opportunity to attend regional and national meetings and meet with students from other clubs and business professionals outside of the local area.
The Business Club at GMercyU is open to any business student. We meet on a monthly basis and host guest lectures and workshops and social events throughout the year.

The unique partnership will allow you to gain firsthand accounting and finance experience, while networking with area business leaders.
The IMA is the worldwide association for accountants and financial professionals working in business. The Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential is offered by the IMA. Continuing education seminars are provided to fulfill requirements for both the CMA and CPA designations through IMA.
