The human mind is one of the most fascinating and complex things. In this weeklong program, you’ll dig deeper into understanding why people do what they do and learn how you can support them. From typical development to prevention and treatment of mental health issues, this interactive and engaging program will take you on a journey of discovery.
Through workshops and discussions led by Gwynedd Mercy University psychology faculty, you will join other students in exploring areas such as personality, social psychology, lifespan development, counseling skills, leadership, positive psychology, and human behavior across settings, such organizational psychology and more.
Each day will also include time for self-care through mindfulness physical and creative expression, and open time for personal reflection. Students will also engage in small groups for discussion and mentorship.
Lunch is included.
