Diane Gilson is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the Frances M. Maguire School of Nursing and Health Professions. She teaches primarily in the Accelerated Bachelor of Nursing Program.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Immaculata University and a Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Drexel University with a focus on Nursing Education. She is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator.
She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honors Society for Nurses and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. The majority of her professional experience was spent working in the field of critical care nursing in the Medical Intensive Care Unit of Abington Hospital – Jefferson Health.
