PAMLE Summer Institute
The Pennsylvania Association for Middle Level Education will host a two-day Summer Institute in State College, Pa.
Judy Brough – author of Teach My Kid. I Dare You and the 2012 AMLE John H. Loundsbury Award for distinguished service
Brian Kelley – Creative Writing Teacher, author and presenter
Topics for teachers include – Writing across the curriculum, technology use in the classroom, differentiation within the class to provide growth for all (scaffolding), developing formative assessments, effectively using Teaming to maximize learning opportunities for students, effective co-teaching to best utilize teachers, thinking outside the box to address the learning needs of disengaged students.
School Team Opportunity – register as a school team (4-6 members) and you will be assigned a mentor to work with your team, share ideas, and listen to your specific needs. Teams will develop a plan to implement back at their school.

$249 per person, Send 3 or more from your school $229 per person (Non-PAMLE Member)
$599 for a team of 4-6 from your school (PAMLE member)
$799 for a team of 4-6 from your school (Non-PAMLE Member)
$79 special rate for teachers/administrators from PA Don Eichhorn STW Schools
Cost includes conference, snacks, continental breakfast, and box lunch for both days. Registration does not include lodging. Act 48 Credit provided.
