GMercyU Hosts Women’s Leadership Dinner

Gwynedd Mercy University’ President Deanne H. D’Emilio, JD hosted a Women’s Leadership Dinner with special guest Donna Dorozinsky ‘85. Female student leaders from across GMercyU’s campus were invited to attend.

A Distinctive Mercy Graduate herself, Donna obtained both her associate and bachelor’s degree in nursing from GMercyU. Donna earned her master’s degree from Widener University and has been a member of GMercyU’s Board of Trustees since 2020.

“Not only were we able to connect with other women student leaders, but we also had the chance to listen and speak to Donna Dorozinsky. We had the opportunity to discuss the hardships, challenges, and opportunities that come with being a woman in a leadership role in today’s culture. It was a great night and I’m glad that I was able to attend,” shared Vanessa Vavrova, Sport Management student, on LinkedIn.

Donna is a registered nurse and an entrepreneurial business consultant. Additionally, she is the President and CEO of Just in Time GCP (Good Clinical Practice), which was recently ranked as one of the fastest-growing companies in America by Inc. Magazine in both 2021 and 2022. Just in Time GCP is a clinical trial consultancy company that provides Trial Master File (TMF) management, readiness, clinical compliance, and business process and technology support.

Donna has spent more than 30 years in drug development, beginning her career in clinical research at Glaxo Smith Kline. She has also assisted research organizations in all areas of clinical research and compliance, and is a founding member of the Society of Nurse Scientists, Innovators, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders.

Just recently, Donna was selected by a panel of independent judges to be one of the 2022 Greater Philadelphia Entrepreneur of the Year winners.
