To Obtain a Transcript:
The following information must be provided for processing:
1. Student's name-printed (and name under which you were enrolled, if different)
2. Student's SIGNATURE
3. Previous and Current Address
4. Date of attendance or graduation
5. Number of copies needed
6. Complete name and address of recipient
7. Daytime phone number
8. Check or money order made out to Gwynedd Mercy University - $5 per transcript
Overnight Delivery charge is $35 ($30 plus $5 for each transcript) in the continental United States via UPS or FedEx - deliveries cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
International Delivery – contact the Registrar's Office (267-448-1437 ) for current rate.
Express service is provided for same day pick up only at the Solution Center for a $25 fee .

Requests in Person can be brought to the Campbell Solution Center during normal working hours. Transcripts are processed within 2-3 days of the day requested. Transcripts will be mailed to a third party or to the home of the student, in a signed, sealed envelope.
Due to privacy considerations, transcripts will not be received nor sent via fax. We make every effort to turnaround transcript requests within 2-3 working days. No transcripts will be processed for any student, or former student, whose financial obligations to the University have not been satisfied.
