IMPORTANT NOTICE TO STUDENTS ABOUT FERPA - The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 [FERPA] is intended to protect the privacy of a student's educational records, to establish the rights of students ito inspect and review their education records and to provide guideline for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data through informal or formal hearings. For more information on FERPA, see the U.S. Department of Education website at www2.ed.gov.
Students who do not want their directory information released to a third party must fill out the FERPA No Disclosure form.
Students who would like the Registrar's Office to mail their grade report to their parents must fill out the Grade Disclosure form.
Gwynedd Mercy University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications.

Dean's List (for Regular Session classes only) - Full-time (12 credits or more) undergraduate students who have a semester grade point average of 3.5 and no grades below B qualify for the Dean's List for the semester. Credits that carry a pass/fail grade will not be considered part of the minimum full-time load. Students who have courses with missing or Incomplete grades are not eligible for Dean's List until those grades are submitted. Dean's List is compiled Fall and Spring semesters only.
