Institutional Technology Services provides support, systems and services for the Gwynedd Mercy University community and associated constituents. ITS is guided by two primary objectives: 1) Enterprise systems infrastructure must operate correctly and efficiently at all times. 2) Continually develop and enhance IT to ensure it remains aligned with evolving business strategy.

Frequently Asked Questions

The IT Service Desk is IT's official form of communication with the Gwynedd Mercy University community. To provide timely and efficient service, all contact with IT support staff must originate from the Service Desk. Three ways to communicate with IT:

Walk-in Support St. Bernard Hall Room 10
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Fridays 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Closed on weekends and holidays

Extended Telephone and E-mail Support
24 hours a day / 7 days a week

Media Services Support
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Fridays 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Computer Lab  Business Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Fridays 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Sundays 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
